With these faqs we want to inform you about the content, services and functions in the Dr. RIMPLER online shop. Simply click on a topic to get detailed information. If you can't find an answer to your question here, please send it to us by email.

You can use the search function to search directly for product names or item numbers. You can also use our navigation to display all of our products in overviews, broken down by skin type, care requirements, product type and care ranges.

Have you received a voucher or promotional code? Then enter this in the appropriate field in the shopping cart when placing your order. Please note the promotion conditions, such as promotion period, order value, quantities etc.
Only one voucher can be redeemed for each order. It is not possible to add up vouchers.

You can currently choose between the following payment methods in our shop:

  • - Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • - Paypal
  • - Instant transfer (Klarna)
  • - Invoice (only for order values ​​between 100 and 250 euros)

We always ship your ordered products as quickly as possible. As a rule, within Germany you should not wait longer than 1 to 3 working days after ordering.
Please note that delays on the part of DHL can unfortunately never be completely ruled out.

If you are not at home at the moment, you can also enter your desired delivery date in your shopping cart.

The shipping costs are €5.00 per order. Shipping costs are waived for orders over €50. You can find more information about shipping costs at Versandkosten und Lieferung

By default we use DHL as our logistics partner. Your order will be shipped CO² neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

Yes, shipping outside of Germany is possible. You can find a list of the countries we ship to at Versandkosten und Lieferung .
If your desired country is not listed, please contact our local sales partner.

After handing over your order to DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment and the expected delivery date at DHL shipment tracking

If you have not received a notification from us, you can contact our customer service at any time to ask for your tracking number or the current status of your order.

You have the option to return a product to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send us a short email in advance so that we can note your return in our system. You will of course then receive a return slip from us, which you can use for your return.

It should be noted that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons once their seal has been removed after delivery.

An important aspect for us is data protection and your security. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL). All information, such as your name, address and bank details, is stored encrypted on a protected server. This protects your data from unauthorized access.

If you send us personal data, for example via email, our contact form or when using our online shop on a voluntary basis, the processing will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) or the Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG).

We will neither sell nor rent your personal information to other companies for advertising purposes. We only pass on your data to third parties if express consent has been given or if this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships (e.g. to credit institutions or logistics companies).

You can leave a personal product review for each of our products. You have the option to give 1 to 5 stars and write an individual text about the product.

 

However, registration is mandatory in order to submit a review. However, only the first name and the shortened last name are shown when published. The email address will not be published

 

We are convinced that your experience with our products can optimally support other customers' purchasing decisions. It is important that you justify your positive or negative review. When formulating, please adhere to the following guidelines, otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to publish your review:

 

  • Please only rate the selected product and avoid providing information about the price, order processing, delivery times and alternative sources of supply.
  • Only rate products that you have used yourself, always give your own opinion, not that of third parties, and please do not give a rating based solely on the image or the product description.
  • Please refrain from providing personal information (e.g. telephone numbers, email addresses, URLs, etc.).
  • We do not accept: obscenities, insults, anti-constitutional or racist statements, as well as reviews from people or companies that have an economic interest in discrediting our company.
  • Our product reviews are limited to 2,500 characters. However, this should give you enough freedom for a detailed assessment.

By publishing your review, you allow us to correct your text orthographically if necessary.
