Remove the entire contents and separate the pads from the coarse center gauze. With your eye open, place the first pad—with the smooth Matrix side facing your eye—just below the lower lash line, ensuring it lies as flat as possible. Press gently and remove the remaining protective gauze from the surface. Repeat the process on the other eye. Leave on for 20 minutes.
